Brenda Pennington, President of B. Pennington Commercial Real Estate, Inc. is well known in Northwest Houston.  A native of Tomball, Texas Brenda has relied on her first-hand knowledge of the area to successfully pair office buildings with tenants and investors since 1979.

Working in three major Texas cities has given Brenda insight into the commercial real estate industry around the state.  Her real estate career has included Fort Worth, where she represented the Bass Brothers Partnership in downtown high-rise office leasing; Dallas, where she handled leasing in the Turtle Creek area and The West End Historic District downtown; and Houston, where Pennington's headquarters is located.

She has a team of energetic professionals who are committed to representing tenants, buyers, sellers and landlords. Pennington is involved in many of the new landmark buildings in the Northwest area. Brenda was instrumental in bringing Perry's Steakhouse and Grille to Cypresswood Drive.  In addition, Brenda leased and sold the new four- story office building located at 9720 Cypresswood.

Pennington is marketing numerous buildings in the area, including the newly-constructed campus known as Chasewood Crossing on State Highway 249.  A 30-acre master planned development, Chasewood Crossing is home to Bank of America, Fidelity National Title, InterAmerican Coffee, an importer and distributor of high-quality green coffee; and Valagro, an importer of organic fertilizer.

Many tenants and building owners have put their trust in B. Pennington Commercial as well.  Among these groups are Chasewood Bank, XTO Energy, The Toronto Stock Exchange, CDM Max, Greenwood Corporations, Procter & Company, Sterling Development, The Betz Companies and Chayn Mousa.

Brenda is dedicated to her community and is actively involved with the Cypress Creek Chapter of the National Charity League.  Additionally, Brenda is a founding member and on the Advisory Board of the Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts, is on the Board of Care Net of Northwest Houston, is involved in Women's Business Forum, Cypress Creek Cultural District, the Houston Northwest Chamber of Commerce, the Champion Forest Women's Club, and Priority Associates bringing Christ to the workplace.  Brenda is the former president of the Association for Commercial Real Estate.
